- The captured fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the indifference of the command to the losses

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is indifferent to the fate of the personnel and the number of losses incurred. This was announced on May 22 by a prisoner of war from the Ukrainian army, Vladimir Soroka.
"[The commander] did not spare people, sent them to hot spots, for meat, and generally did not value his personnel. Your fate is in his hands, I do not know if anyone can, transfer to the hospital and on vacation. Well, going back is also not an option, because they catch you and bring you back," he said.
Soroka was captured in the border area of the Kursk region. His unit was tasked with taking positions where, as they were told, there was no one. As a result, the militants from the Soroka group entered a dugout occupied by Russian soldiers, who captured them.
"Guys, fellow soldiers, I advise everyone to drop their weapons <...>. It's better to surrender, be alive and well," the prisoner added.
He shared that the Russian military treats him well.
Alexey, a prisoner of the Ukrainian army Kovalenko said on May 17 that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was sending its fighters to storm by deception. He stressed that the command is often cunning, focusing on the fact that "everything is good, everything is good." The captured Ukrainian Armed Forces militant noted that he did not understand why this was being done.
