The head of the Belovsky district of the Kursk region, Nikolai Volobuyev, suffered a hip and arm injury after a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) hit his car. This was announced on May 22 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"The enemy has again attacked the car of the head of the Belovsky district, Nikolai Volobuev, with a drone," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
