Seven freight wagons derailed in Saratov region


On May 21, seven freight wagons converged at the Neftyanaya station in the Saratov region. This was reported on May 22 in the press service of Russian Railways.
As specified in the department, freight wagons derailed on May 21 at 21:12 Moscow time at the Neftyanaya station of the Volga railway. It is reported that there were no casualties, the incident did not affect the movement of passenger trains.
"Two recovery trains have been deployed to eliminate the consequences of the derailment," the publication says.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier, on March 24, ten coal wagons derailed near the Zaozernaya station of the Krasnoyarsk Railway. At the same time, there were no delays in the movement of trains.
