Seven people were injured in a fire in the northeast of Moscow.

As a result of a fire on a Wide street in the Severnoye Medvedkovo district in the northeast of the capital, seven people were injured. This was reported on May 22 in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Moscow.

"On a wide Street, personal belongings and furniture caught fire in an apartment on the seventh floor of a high-rise building. Unfortunately, seven people were injured, including two children," the ministry said in a statement posted on its official Telegram channel.

They indicated that the flames covered an area of 40 square meters. m. 41 employees and 11 units of special equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation participated in the elimination of the fire.

On the same day, a fire broke out on a picturesque street in the north-west of the capital. According to the Izvestia source, an elderly man died in the fire.
