The Russian Defense Ministry's air defense forces have destroyed three Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Smolensk Region. This was announced on May 22 by the governor of the region Vasily Anokhin.

"Our region was attacked by Ukrainian UAVs last night. In the Gagarin district, the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense destroyed three aircraft," he said in a message on the Telegram channel.
