"The Russian Defense Ministry's on-duty air defense systems are already reflecting the tenth wave of an air attack. One of the drones crashed into the roof of an apartment building in the Proletarian district of Tula," a message on his Telegram channel said.

It is specified that residential and non-residential buildings were damaged as a result of falling drone debris. Two people were slightly injured, and medical care has already been provided to them. It is noted that operational services are working on the spot.
