Mobile Internet was temporarily turned off in the Vladimir and Tula regions.

A temporary shutdown of the mobile Internet occurred in the Vladimir and Tula regions. This was announced on May 21 by representatives of the authorities of both regions.
"Today, temporary restrictions on the operation of the mobile Internet have been introduced in the territory of the Vladimir region," the regional government's press service said in a Telegram channel.
The shutdown of the mobile network in the Tula region was announced by Governor Dmitry Milyaev.
"Friends, this is not the first time we have encountered the limitations of the mobile Internet. The situation has repeated itself today," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
It is specified that the reason for the Internet outage in both areas was the potential threat of attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles. Despite the restrictions, the wired network and Wi-Fi worked without interruption.
On the same day, the Governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, announced that the mobile Internet had been temporarily turned off in the region for security reasons. Then he clarified that the fixed network and Wi-Fi did not stop working.
