In the first quarter of 2025, bailiffs collected almost 20 billion rubles of alimony

In the first three months of 2025, bailiffs collected 19.9 billion rubles of alimony. Dmitry Aristov, director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), told Izvestia about this.

These include a ban on opening bank accounts and approving loans.

The head of the department recalled that the register of alimony debtors will start operating on May 25, 2025. It will include about 190 thousand defaulters.

"The register will include three categories of debtors on alimony obligations: those who have been brought to administrative and criminal responsibility, as well as those who are wanted, and those who have not repaid their debts. This will be an open resource, it will be an integral part of the database and will be posted on the official website of the FSSP of Russia. The issue of posting photos of wanted debtors in the alimony register is currently being worked out," Dmitry Aristov said.

Debtors will remain on the register until full repayment of alimony arrears or until the termination of enforcement proceedings. In addition, new restrictions for debtors will be worked out in the future.
