Russian designer Yulia Yanina talked about the outfits for the Netflix project

The costumes for the Netflix series were created by the Russian fashion house YANINA Couture. Yulia Yanina told Izvestia about this at the Cannes Film Festival.

"For example, we fully dressed the main character of Anna Karenina with Svetlana Khodchenkova for Netflix. But things didn't work out there. But I hope that his time will come, because it was incredible! YANINA Couture outfits are featured in all the main scenes. I think that when the project does come out, it will be very worthy," she said.

In 2021, Netflix announced the beginning of filming of the series "Anna K." based on the novel by Leo Tolstoy. The main role went to Svetlana Khodchenkova. In 2022, the suspension of the project was announced.
