- 300 million rubles will be allocated for the resettlement of 12 emergency homes in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

300 million rubles were allocated from the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the resettlement of 12 residential buildings recognized as emergency. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
We are talking about 12 houses located in five cities of the region: Krasnoyarsk, Minusinsk, Dudinka, Yeniseisk and Boguchany. Funds from the regional budget in the amount of 300 million rubles were allocated as part of the program "Creating conditions for affordable and comfortable housing."
"The regional support measure for the resettlement of emergency homes operates in parallel with the federal program. It is needed to respond more quickly to emerging situations," explained First Deputy Minister Maxim Govorushkin.
As an example, the official cited the flooding of residential buildings and the need to release land for the construction of infrastructure facilities.
In 2024, 4.5 thousand square meters of emergency housing were resettled, according to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. The property owners were provided with apartments in houses on the secondary market or a cash payment.
The bulk of the emergency "meters" are resettled according to the federal program included in the national project "Infrastructure for Life". From 2025 to 2030, it is planned to resettle 377 thousand square meters in the region, providing new housing for 21 thousand people.
