Albert Aflyatunov, a representative of the Young Guard of United Russia from the city of Nefteyugansk in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, was expelled from the party after a publication with his participation in which a man insults a library cleaner. This was announced on May 21 in the press service of the regional branch of United Russia.

It is noted that Aflyatunov wanted to get into the city library at a time when it was closed. The employee reported this, after which the man allowed himself to behave rudely towards the woman. He stated that her job was to clean floors and dust, but she, in his opinion, "fancied herself a celestial."

"After the publication of this information, members of the local political council of United Russia studied Albert Aflyatunov's account on the social network, received his written explanations and came to the conclusion that his behavior was discrediting the party," the party's Telegram channel says.

At the same time, in an interview with Izvestia, Aflyatunov said that he is a person who recognizes problems, is responsible for his actions and is always ready to compromise. According to the activist, the day after the incident, he apologized.

"I took the flowers and went to apologize. She didn't accept my apology. Of course, I can understand her as a woman. But from a man's point of view, I think I did everything right," he shared.

Aflyatunov added that he began to prove his case after the cleaning lady's reluctance to let him into the library.
