I'm going to overhaul an apartment building built in 1910 in Moscow.

The house built in 1910 will be completely renovated in Moscow. This was announced on Wednesday, May 21, by the press service of Moskomexpertiza.

The multi-apartment residential building is located on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street. The house has six entrances. Specialists will have to carry out restoration work in areas of replacement of engineering communications, in common areas, as well as in residential and technical premises, the Moscow City News agency notes.

In particular, the walls, floors and ceilings will be put in order. The plaster and paint layer of ceilings and the porcelain tile flooring will be repaired in the entrances, NSN clarifies.

It is also planned to lay a new power grid in the house, upgrade the water supply and sanitation systems, and replace the drainage mains. Local repairs will be carried out in the basements near the heating and sewage risers, Moscow 24 writes.

In March, it was reported that 17 houses with French balconies had been renovated in Moscow in 10 years. The specialists of the municipal management complex have overhauled the buildings, updating their appearance and decorative elements.
