Nadezhda Repina, a member of the Russian Cinematographers' Union and director of feature films, has died at the age of 78. This was announced on May 21 by the Union of Cinematographers of Russia in the Telegram channel.
"On May 21, 2025, at the age of 79, our friend and colleague, Nadezhda Alekseevna Repina, a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, a feature film director, actress, screenwriter, and winner of the Government of the Russian Federation Award in the field of culture for creative and professional achievements in the field of culture, died," the message says.
As her son Andrey Razumovsky told Izvestia, Repina was seriously ill.
