Kirill Lebedev, a former player and graduate of the Metallurg hockey club and other teams of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), died at the age of 34. This was announced on May 21 in the press service of the Magnitogorsk club.
"Kirill Lebedev, a former Metallurg player, has died. A graduate of Magnitogorsk hockey died at the age of 34," the team's Telegram channel says.
The cause of death of the athlete is not specified.
Kirill Lebedev was born on October 1, 1991 in Magnitogorsk. In 2009, he became the champion of the Youth Hockey League (MHL) with the Steel Foxes. Subsequently, the hockey player played for Magnitogorsk Metallurg, Novosibirsk Siberia, Sochi, Chinese Kunlun.
