The Kremlin reported on the dynamic work on a memorandum on a peace treaty with Kiev.

The preparation of the draft memorandum on the peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine is carried out behind closed doors. This was announced on May 21 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"No one is interested in delaying the process. They all work dynamically. We will keep you informed," he said at a briefing.

Peskov added that for well-known reasons, this work cannot be open to the general public.
