More than 62.5 thousand Moscow teachers improved their qualifications in 2024

In 2024, more than 62.5 thousand Moscow teachers successfully completed advanced training courses. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the Telegram channel, noting the variety of educational opportunities for teachers in the capital.

The mayor recalled that on the portal dpomos.ru Teachers have access to 474 training programs in various formats: full-time, online and part-time. On the MASH platform, teachers can find over 18,000 electronic lesson scenarios, thematic materials and methodological developments, and the Teacher's Portfolio service generates personal recommendations for professional development.

Special attention is paid to mathematics and natural sciences, Sobyanin stressed. Since April 1, more than 14,000 primary school teachers have been studying the course "Mathematics and the World around them". Programs on mathematical and natural science literacy, as well as teaching methods in multi-level groups, are being developed for teachers of grades 5-6.

An expert council has been established to discuss effective educational solutions, which includes experienced teachers, methodologists, winners of international Olympiads, representatives of businesses and state corporations.
