The 50-thousandth Lada Largus car rolled off the assembly line of the Lada Izhevsk automobile plant. The anniversary car was a five-seat station wagon in a blue shade "Captain" in the Comfort package, equipped with a 106 hp engine. This is stated in a message from AvtoVAZ, which was received by Izvestia on May 21.

Lada Largus production was moved from Tolyatti to Izhevsk, where production of the model started on May 15, 2024. Over the period from September 2023 to January 2024, more than 1.2 thousand pieces of equipment were moved, installed and launched.

Izhevsk currently produces the entire range of Lada Largus: five- and seven-seat station wagons, the Cross version, and commercial vans. A station wagon costs from 1.66 million rubles, and a van costs from 1.67 million rubles.

On April 29, it was reported that the company, as told by the head of AvtoVAZ Maxim Sokolov, is considering the possibility of organizing the assembly of Lada Largus cars in Uzbekistan under a local brand during 2025.

On April 3, Lada Largus family cars in the CNG dual-fuel modification went on sale. Such a car can run on both gasoline and natural gas (methane), which is pumped into three steel cylinders with a total volume of about 90 liters. When fully refueled, Largus CNG has a range of more than 1,000 km, according to the company.
