Four children were killed in a school bus explosion in Pakistan.

An explosion on a school bus in Balochistan killed at least four schoolchildren and injured 38 others. This was reported by the Dawn newspaper on May 21, citing sources.

"Deputy Commissioner of Khuzdar Yasir Iqbal Dashti confirmed the victims, adding that the explosion occurred when the school bus was located near kilometer zero," the publication says.

It is specified that the wounded were taken to the nearest hospital, law enforcement officers are working at the scene.
