The United States has named possible dates for receiving cease-fire conditions from Russia.

The US administration hopes that Russia can present its conditions for the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict in the coming days. This was announced on May 20 by the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

"Pretty soon, perhaps within days, hopefully this week, the Russian side will present the conditions they want to see. There are broad conditions that will allow us to move towards a cease—fire," Rubio said during a hearing in the US Senate.

He noted that he made this conclusion based on the results of a telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump, as well as his conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
