Moscow residents have used the On-the-Way service more than 220,000 times since the beginning of 2025. This was announced on Tuesday, May 20, by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry.
"The On-the-Way service operates on the principle of a taxi, but with tariffs, as in urban land transport when paying with bank cards. Since the beginning of its operation in October 2021, passengers have made almost 2.3 million trips," the Moscow City News agency quoted him as saying.
According to him, buses provide safe trips for citizens inside the districts, to social and cultural facilities, writes RIAMO.
About 60 modern small-class buses run in the TiNAO and on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center, RT notes. The vehicles are equipped with video surveillance, climate control, distance control and emergency braking systems, Moscow 24 clarifies.
