Housing, kindergartens, schools and sports facilities will be built in Moscow based on integrated territorial development projects. This was announced on Tuesday, May 20, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, the facilities will appear as part of the published draft decisions on the integrated development of land plots with a total area of 145.07 hectares. As a result of the projects, more than 20.8 thousand jobs will be created, according to the Moscow City News Agency.

The sites are located in 26 metropolitan areas within walking distance of metro stations, MCC, MCD and major highways, the website clarifies. kp.ru .

According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Planning Policy, the projects involve the construction of residential real estate, public and business, industrial and social facilities. In particular, we are talking about schools, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, and sports facilities, writes RT. In addition, specialists will carry out landscaping of the territories, arrange a convenient street and road network, according to NSN.

According to the KRT program, it is also planned to redevelop over 65 hectares of land in the former industrial zones of Sokolinaya Gora, Khapilovka, Kirpichnye Streets and Searchlight in the east of the capital, Moscow 24 notes.
