Sobyanin and Murashko opened the Moscow Medical Technology Center

The Moscow Medical Technology Center was opened in the capital on Tuesday, May 20, after a comprehensive reconstruction. Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin got acquainted with the work of the institution.

In his Telegram, the mayor noted that the Moscow Medical Technology Center has no analogues in Russia. It provides the entire life cycle of medical equipment: from purchase and maintenance to disposal, Sobyanin explained.

The building was completely rebuilt, equipped with the latest technology, the repair areas were modernized, and a "Medtechlab" classroom was created to train engineers and students with CT and MRI machines in the section, a ventilator, an anesthetic breathing apparatus, and others.

The mayor recalled that Gormedtechnika was founded 75 years ago as an electromechanical plant for the repair and restoration of medical equipment.
