In the DPR, a local resident was detained for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Employees of the Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) detained a resident of Donetsk for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported on May 21 in the press service of the department.

According to the investigation, the woman repeatedly transferred money to bank cards used to finance Ukrainian militants.

"The investigative unit of the FSB has opened a criminal case under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("High treason")," the department noted.

Earlier, on May 16, it was reported that a resident of Tuapse was arrested for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was established that the defendant, on the instructions of the curator of a pro-Ukrainian terrorist organization, transferred money to a bitcoin wallet. A criminal case on treason was opened against the man.
