The GAC GS4 crossover will receive a four-wheel drive version in Russia.

GAC plans to introduce the GS4 crossover to the Russian market in a new modification, which differs in the power plant. The model is already undergoing certification, the Chinese Cars portal reported on May 20.

According to him, the GAC GS4 will receive a two-liter engine, a classic automatic and an all-wheel drive system. Sales of this model are expected to start in the summer of 2025.

In addition, this version of the crossover is expected to have an expanded set of options, including a 14.6-inch touchscreen, an all-round viewing system with a "transparent" chassis, automatic switching of low beam to high beam, as well as large 19-inch wheels.

The start of sales of the GS4 single-wheel drive in Russia took place in March. The model is offered with a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 170 hp (250 Nm) in conjunction with a 7-speed robot with two clutches.

On May 12, it became known that GAC plans to launch the GAC S7 hybrid premium crossover on the Russian market, it is built on a new modular platform created specifically for hybrid and electric models. The length of the novelty is 4900 mm with a wheelbase of 2880 mm. The pure electric power reserve of the single—wheel drive version is 205 km, and the fully autonomous mileage is 1,150 km.
