Polish presidential candidate has promised not to support Ukraine's accession to NATO

The Polish candidate from the opposition Law and Justice party, Karol Nawrocki, who reached the second round of elections, is ready to promise to abandon support for Ukraine's accession to NATO. He announced this on May 20 on his page on the social network X (former. Twitter).
It is clarified that the representative of the anti-Ukrainian Confederation party, Slavomir Mentsen, who dropped out of the presidential race, invited two presidential candidates for an interview.
"During the conversation, I will ask them to sign the declaration in accordance with the expectations of my constituents," Menzen said in an interview.
At the same time, candidates will need to make a commitment — a refusal to send Polish troops to Ukraine and a refusal to sign the law on ratification of Ukraine's accession to NATO in the future.
"I accept the invitation and am ready to sign those proposals," Navrotsky replied to Menzen.
On May 12, presidential candidate Mentzen promised at a debate, if elected, to prevent Ukraine from joining the North Atlantic Alliance. He also stated that he would not agree to sending the Polish military to Kiev.
On May 9, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Mark Rutte, announced that Ukraine would not be guaranteed membership in NATO under the peace agreement.
