In Moscow, a 17-year-old girl died after plastic surgery. This was announced on May 20 by a source of Izvestia.

"The deceased came from Penza. On April 11, she was admitted to the hospital for surgery with a congenital malformation of the upper jaw," the source explained.

After surgery, the girl developed brain edema, dislocation syndrome, and posthemorrhagic anemia.

It is specified that the patient died on May 16. An inspection is currently underway.
