A mother with many children was suspected of torturing children in the Lipetsk region

A criminal case has been opened against the mother of four children in the Lipetsk region. She is suspected of torturing her children.

According to GOROD48, with reference to the Chaplyginsky MSO SU TFR in the region, as part of the investigation, law enforcement officers will give a legal assessment of the actions of officials of the prevention system.

Earlier, a video appeared on social networks, filmed by the woman herself, as she calls her children names, threatens to hit them "off their feet" and scald them with boiling water. The sleeping girl is rudely awakened by her mother, and the second girl tries to lock herself in the room.

The investigation confirmed that the suspect had abused her children, resorted to psychological violence, and caused mental suffering. The fact of illegal actions against children was confirmed by a video made by the suspect herself.

The investigation requested documents about the family, which was registered for preventive maintenance, and about the staff of the prevention system. Forensic examinations have been appointed. The issue of the woman's sanity is being resolved. The investigation should also find out whether physical violence was used against children.

Earlier, on April 10, it was reported that in the Moscow region, a minor was charged with the murder of a schoolboy (paragraphs "b", "l" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code). He confessed his guilt and repented of what he had done. The crime occurred the day before, a 14-year-old teenager attacked a schoolboy with a knife at an apartment building in the village of Nekrasovsky in the Trudovaya microdistrict of the Dmitrov city district. The child died in an ambulance. After that, the minor tried to stage an attack on himself, and he received timely medical attention.
