"The fact that this dialogue contributes so far to a balanced and constructive position of the Trump administration is causing hysteria among European politicians, in the European and British media," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Dmitriev also drew attention to the fact that Western politicians are making significant efforts to prevent constructive cooperation between Russia and the United States.
