A criminal case has been opened in Sevastopol on the embezzlement of over 176 million rubles from budget funds during the implementation of the State defense Order (GOZ). This was reported on May 20 in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"A criminal case has been opened against individual entrepreneur Viktor Boychuk, accused of embezzling budget funds while fulfilling a state defense order (Part 7 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the report says.
