Police have caught a fourth prisoner who escaped from New Orleans' main prison. This was reported on May 20 by NBC News.

Law enforcement officers found 21-year-old Gary Price in New Orleans. It is specified that he was previously in custody awaiting trial for charges of first-degree murder.

"Price will eventually be taken to a secure government facility outside the district," the TV channel quoted the police as saying.

In addition, more than 200 police officers were involved in the search for the remaining six fugitives. The reward for information about their whereabouts has been increased to 20 thousand dollars.

According to NBC News, citing Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson, law enforcement officers could have been involved in the escape. It is specified that three of them were sent on vacation without pay pending an investigation.

Earlier, on May 17, 10 prisoners were reported to have escaped from a prison in New Orleans, USA. On the same day, one of them, Kendall Miles, was caught in the French Quarter, a popular tourist destination. It was clarified that he was found hiding under a car in the hotel garage.
