Employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs — the Ukrainian equivalent of the military enlistment office) "row anyone, wherever, whatever." This was announced on May 20 by the captured Ukrainian militant Vladimir Gritsenko.

"They are now rowing anyone, anywhere, whatever <...>. I do not know what good things can be said about them. Nothing at all," the prisoner noted.

According to Gritsenko, after he was picked up by the Shopping Center, he immediately passed the commission. In conclusion, it was said that he was healthy. The next morning, the soldier went to the unit where he had been studying for about two weeks. Subsequently, the militant was sent to the Underground.

"I thank the Russian military from the bottom of my heart for sheltering me. <...> I'm living now, otherwise I wouldn't have survived," the prisoner noted.

Earlier, on May 19, captured Ukrainian militant Nazar Stetseshin said that during the training of those mobilized in the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they resort to physical violence and psychological pressure. According to him, there could be shouting, hitting. So, one of the victims had his collarbone broken.
