Al Jazeera reported the deaths of 43 people as a result of the IDF's overnight strikes on Gaza.

At least 43 people were killed last night as a result of nighttime bombing and shelling of areas of the Gaza Strip by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). This was reported on May 20 by Al Jazeera TV channel, citing sources.

"At least 43 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza since midnight," the report said.

The TV channel notes that Israeli troops have launched powerful strikes on Khan Yunis and other areas of Gaza, attacking schools, hospitals and shelters. On Monday, May 19, 126 people became victims of shelling, the publication says.
