The case of the murder of a Teplosphere worker in Lipetsk was brought to court

In Lipetsk, the investigation of the criminal case of the murder of a worker has been completed, in which a local resident shot from an apartment window, unhappy with the difficulty with car passage due to work on heating systems. This is reported by the SU IC of Russia for the region.

The murder occurred on July 16, 2024, at 42 Industrialnaya Street. According to GOROD48, a 43-year—old local resident had a conflict with a worker at Teplosphere LLC, a company that performed work on the heating grid. The reason for the quarrel was the difficult passage of cars to residential buildings.

"Having gone up to his apartment, he fired an air rifle with an optical sight from the kitchen window at a 40-year-old worker, mortally wounding him," the Investigative Committee said in a statement. The GOROD48 edition clarifies that the man died on the spot. His abdominal and intestines were damaged by a bullet wound, the situation was complicated by internal bleeding and shock.

The accused fled the crime scene, but was arrested the same evening. During a search of his country house, police officers found the rifle with which he shot the man, as well as a pistol, its main parts and live ammunition.

Lipchanin was charged under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Murder" and Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal trafficking in weapons and ammunition". Currently, the investigation of the criminal case has been completed, and the materials have been submitted to the court for consideration on the merits.

On May 5, in the Lipetsk region, a car hit a group of road workers on the M-4 Don highway. Two men, born in 1982 and 1988, died, and another person was hospitalized.
