Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump are currently having a telephone conversation. This was reported on May 19 by journalist Vladimir Zarubin.

"Peskov has just confirmed to my question whether Putin and Trump are having a telephone conversation at this moment," the correspondent said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.
