The timing of the premiere of the crossover from Xiaomi has been revealed

Xiaomi will hold an official presentation of the YU7 crossover at an event dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Chinese IT giant. It will take place on May 22, CarNewsChina reports with reference to the company's social networks.

Xiaomi YU7 shares a platform with the brand's first model, the SU7 sedan. The length of the model is 4999 mm with a wheelbase of 3000 mm. It is already known that the crossover will be presented in a rear-wheel drive single-engine version and an all-wheel drive twin-engine.

The basic single-engine version develops 315 hp, a 96.3 kWh battery provides a range of up to 835 km. The "average" version with two electric motors has a total power of 496 hp, and a battery with a capacity of 101.7 kWh allows you to drive 670-760 km without recharging.

The flagship modification of the YU7 produces 691 hp, its maximum speed is 253 km / h. The 800-volt architecture allows you to charge the battery for an additional 200 km of power reserve in 5 minutes.
