The Kiev regime is changing its position in the context of the Ukrainian conflict. This was announced on May 19 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, answering a question from Izvestia at the XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPIEF-2025).
