It is important for the Russian authorities to support the participants of their activities who have decided to go into business. This was announced on May 19 by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting of the government commission on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

"To support the participants of the special military operation — this is our undoubted priority — who, especially, returned from the zone of the special military operation and started their own business, <...> it is very important to help them open their own business if they decide to try themselves in this profession," he stressed.

The Head of Government added that the veterans of their military have a high reputation in society and have the support of young people.

Mishustin said on March 27 that caring for the participants of the special operation, their families, and residents of the border and new regions of the Russian Federation was and will remain one of the government's absolute priorities. A day earlier, he said that Russia had ensured the priority right of ITS participants to medical care and education, as well as the automatic assignment of additional payments for them.
