In the Kursk region, a kindergarten building was partially destroyed after an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) destroyed a car, as well as half of a kindergarten building in the Kursk region. Acting Governor Alexander Khinshtein told about it on May 19.

"Today, in the village of Kekino, Glushkovsky district, an FPV drone attacked [two] cars belonging to a local resident. As a result of the attack, one car was completely destroyed, the second was cut by shrapnel," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces also attacked the village of Korenevo in the Korenevsky district. Half of the kindergarten building was destroyed due to the shelling. It is specified that in both cases there were no victims.

According to the Russian president, conditions have now appeared for further successful actions by our troops in other sectors of the front.

On May 18, it was reported that the roof of an unfinished educational institution caught fire in the village of Samoyardovo, Bolshesoldatsky district, Kursk region, due to fragments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. There was no information about the victims.
