Sobyanin spoke about the program of the "Theater Boulevard"

In addition to productions, the program of the Moscow Theater Boulevard festival includes creative laboratories, open workshops of leading directors, audio performances, and thematic installations. This was stated by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

The festival will be held from June 1 to August 31. It "will become the longest-running theater festival in the world," Sobyanin noted. Theaters from Russian regions, as well as foreign theaters and circus groups will take part in the event. Artists from Argentina, China, India, Serbia and other countries will perform at the festival.

For the first time, the Teatralny Boulevard festival was held last year, and it aroused such a positive response from the audience that it was decided to extend it for almost three weeks, the mayor of Moscow said. The number of participants will almost double this year — over 3,000 artists will play in 600 productions.
