Five civilians were injured in attacks by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod region

In the Belgorod region, five civilians were injured as a result of drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on civilian vehicles. This was announced on May 19 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the Valuysky district in the village of Druzhba, a driver was injured by an FPV drone strike on a truck. The self—defense fighters took the victim to the Valuisk Central District Hospital (CRH), where doctors diagnosed him with multiple shrapnel wounds to his chest, arms and legs," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Another man was injured in the village of Bessonovka, after an APU drone hit a passenger car. The victim was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds and was taken to the hospital.

Three people were injured as a result of a drone attack on a car near a social facility in the village of Grafovka. The injured woman was taken to the Shebekinsky CRH, a man and a woman with shrapnel wounds were taken to hospital No. 2 in Belgorod.

Earlier that day, Gladkov reported that an APU drone had attacked a bus in the town of Shebekino, Belgorod region. As a result of the attack, the driver of the car was injured, he was taken to the Shebekinsky CRH.
