A fatal road accident has occurred in the Khabarovsk Territory. As a result of the collision of a passenger car with an excavator, two people were killed.

According to IA AmurMedia, citing law enforcement agencies, on Sunday, May 18, in the area of the 4th km of the highway to the village of Troitskoye, Nanai district, the driver of a Honda Saber car, who was heading to the village, did not choose a safe speed and ran into a Volvo excavator standing on the side of the road.

The driver and his passenger were killed in the collision. They died at the scene of the accident before the ambulance arrived.
The agency notes that this place is a road repair facility, it is limited by road signs. In addition, appropriate road signs were installed on the back of the grader. The excavator also had a yellow lighthouse.

Earlier it was reported that in the Khabarovsk Territory on May 14, a 17-year-old teenager driving a Nissan Skyline car was involved in an accident while trying to escape from traffic police officers.
