A resident of Berdyansk was detained in the case of the murder of a seven-year-old girl.

Law enforcement officers detained a 14-year-old resident of Berdyansk in the Zaporozhye region on suspicion of committing the murder of a seven-year-old girl. This was reported on May 19 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Zaporozhye region.

"In the Zaporizhia region, a 14-year-old resident of Berdyansk was detained on suspicion of committing the murder of a 7-year—old girl. The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Zaporizhia region are continuing to investigate the criminal case initiated into the murder of a 7-year-old girl (paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," it follows from the material.
