The expert allowed an increase in the cost of education at universities by 20%

Tuition fees may rise by 20% this year. Alexey Nikulin, Vice-rector of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, told about this on May 19 at the Izvestia press center during a press conference on the upcoming admission campaign to higher education institutions.

"The cost of tuition will change in any case," Nikulin said.

According to him, universities are determined with the cost of tuition until June 1, but the increase in price will be about 20%.

Earlier, on March 28, Anastasia Yekushevskaya, academic director of the Skysmart online school, told Izvestia how to effectively use the remaining time to prepare for the Unified State Exam and minimize stress. According to her, if a student decides to prepare in a short period of two to three months, it is better for him to focus on one subject in order to achieve a good result.
