You can't get into MGIMO with a passing grade of 95. This was announced on May 19 by MGIMO First Vice-rector Gennady Tolstopyatenko at the Izvestia press center during a press conference on the upcoming admission campaign to higher education institutions.

According to him, applicants can enroll in all MGIMO programs — 34 programs are traditionally open. There are target places for all these programs, and the procedure and requirements are the same for all universities.

As for the passing grade for admission to MGIMO, the vice-rector explained that it is different for each program, but with a score below 95 there is no way to enter this university.

Earlier, on May 17, Alexander Khvostov, director of relations with the educational community of the Admission Navigator forum, told Izvestia what mistakes applicants make when applying to a university. According to him, inattentive study of admission rules is becoming a serious problem. Each university sets its own requirements, and it is important to understand all the nuances.
