The Victory Museum organized more than 2.2 thousand free screenings of the Right cinema

The Victory Museum held over 2.2 thousand free film screenings as part of the V International Festival of Proper Cinema. The film Forum was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The screenings took place from May 6 to May 15 in 77 regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus at the venues of the partner institutions of the Victory Museum - participants of the international project "Territory of Victory", the Association of Historical and Military Historical Museums and the School Museum of Victory program.

"The festival gathered more than 80 thousand spectators of different ages. The film screenings were attended by both adults, history buffs, and the younger generation – cadets and students. All screenings and events within the framework of the festival were held absolutely free of charge," the Victory Museum noted.

The best films based on traditional values, ideas of humanism and charity, which help preserve the continuity of generations, were available to everyone at educational and cultural institutions. 32 Russian-made feature, documentary and animated feature and short films were presented to the audience. The audience saw films from the non–competitive program of the festival, among them the animated film "The Addressees are Wanted", the feature film "Many Summers", and the documentaries "Steel Division. 89th Tamanskaya", "My war. Efrosinya Bazyleva", "#Cultural code of Russia in theater and cinema", "The Mistake of"Colonel Edvinson" and others.
