UK opened a criminal case on the fact of a mass brawl in Makhachkala


The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case into a mass brawl in Makhachkala. This was announced on May 19 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the republic.
It is specified that the criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
According to the investigation, on May 16, a group of more than 50 people, including minors, provoked a mass brawl in the Fazu Aliyeva square. Several participants have been detained, and the issue of a preventive measure will be resolved soon.
"Investigative actions are currently underway aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident and consolidating the evidence base," the agency's Telegram channel says.
On May 18, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation organized an investigation into reports of mass brawls among teenagers in Makhachkala. It was reported on social media that teenagers joined groups in order to commit illegal activities, including organizing such fights.
