The detainees said that they had sworn allegiance to a terrorist organization through voice messages in a messenger. One of them reported that his classmate offered to read the oath, wrote it down and sent it to the group, after which he congratulated them on joining the group banned in Russia.

On the same day, it was reported that investigators had opened a criminal case against nine residents of the Stavropol Territory, including eight teenagers, who are suspected of participating in a terrorist organization. It was established that one minor was interested in a terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation and was recruited into it in 2024. Later, he invited a relative and seven teenagers aged 14-16 to participate in it.
According to the Investigative Committee, the attackers planned to attack the police on May 9, but their actions were stopped by investigators together with the Interior Ministry and the FSB. The suspects have been detained and detained, and the circumstances of the case are being clarified.
