Two sapboardists have disappeared in Primorsky Krai.


Rescuers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are searching for missing boarders in Primorsky Krai. This was reported on May 19 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region in the Telegram channel.
It is specified that on May 18, in the afternoon, a man and a woman rode on the same board in the Amur Bay, after which communication with them was interrupted. As reported in the press service of the department, the athletes were last seen in the area of the Second River in Vladivostok. According to eyewitnesses, the couple did not have life jackets.
"Currently, a sapboard has been found, presumably belonging to the missing. The search for people continues in the water area and along the coastline," the publication says.
At the moment, 16 people and seven pieces of equipment have been involved in the search for the missing.
Earlier, on March 21, a missing Russian citizen and five other foreigners in the Philippines were found alive near the city of Amlan. It was reported that communication with the group was interrupted during the ascent of the Talinis volcano in the province of Negros Oriental. The search lasted two days.
