On Monday morning, May 19, 17 people were killed in strikes by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by Al Jazeera TV channel, citing medical sources.

"17 people have been killed as a result of Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since dawn today," the newspaper's Telegram channel says.

It is reported that six of them died during IDF strikes on the city of Khan Yunis.

Meanwhile, Israel is planning a new military operation.
