A C5N reporter accidentally punched Argentine President Javier Miley in the face while trying to ask him a question along with other journalists. This was reported on May 18 by the newspaper La Nacion.

According to the newspaper, this happened when the politician was leaving the National University of Technology in Buenos Aires after voting in the elections in the city's parliament. The microphone of the press officer hit the nose of the Argentine leader.

"You hit me on purpose, this microphone hit me," the head of state said immediately after the incident, addressing a journalist.

Miley was immediately told that this was not the case.
